Built: XIII-1870

A medieval church in the coastal region of Western Estonia, tower and extension from the 19th century. Gravestones from different periods, a Baroque carved epitaph and a crossbeam of the triumphal arch with a crucifix group (Budewin Budeloch, 1682) dedicated to the memory of pastor and linguist Heinrich Göseken. The so-called Sitakoti Mats´ wheel cross (1621) in the churchyard. Graves of composer Rudolf Tobias and actor Aare Laanemets in the graveyard.
